“My name is Pappy Orion. I was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Because of the war I had to leave my country alone when I was a child. Since then my travels and work have taken me to many different countries and continents. As a filmmaker and founder of an aid organisation, it is my passion to tell stories of hope and peace and to see how people use their potential to set signs of hope and peace!”

This webinar will focus on the global interrelationships between social injustice, SDGs and migration. The webinar is held under the motto “We are Change”. Using the method of storytelling, Pappy Orion from the Democratic Republic of Congo will tell his personal life story and give an insight into his experience of flight. An open round of talks will be held in which the participants will have the opportunity to ask Pappy Orion their questions directly.

The webinar will be held in English.
