Sustainable agriculture – how do farmers get relevant knowledge?

Citizens, consumers, decision-makers – many people expect farmers to practice sustainable agriculture. How does the right knowledge reach farmers, through which channels and with which instruments? What can be done to effectively communicate with them, providing timely information and advice? These questions will be addressed, using examples from the global North and South. Afterwards there is time to answer and discuss your questions and comments!

Speaker: Prof. Andrea Knierim
