Bread Baking Workshop

In this workshop you will learn how to bake your own bread! Together we will make a yeast-based dough and learn how to make bread from sourdough. Afterwards, we will bake the bread in the wood-fired oven on campus. Finally, we can eat the bread together! Participation only with registration.

This Bread Baking Workshop is in english. There is another Bread Baking Workshop in german about one week later at the university of Stuttgart.
